Each week, will receive all the ingredients needed to cook a wholesome family meal with their child/children. This is completely free; all we ask of members is that they cook together, and hopefully share their amazing recipes, meals and family experiences with the group.  The menopause affects so many of us, yet is discussed so little.
To change this, a new Menopause Support Group has been set up at Westcroft Community Centre. Run by two Westcroft volunteers Linda and Bernie, this is a place where women can talk to others, ask questions, find new ideas and discover how others are coping with their symptoms and what support is available to them. It will run on the last Thursday of the month from 4.30-6.30pm and you can just drop in. If you’d like any more information, contact us.
